I didn’t create this method by accident

I built it through lived experience.

As a mother of three, I understand firsthand how much a woman’s body changes through pregnancy and postpartum. The physical recovery, the exhaustion, the identity shift. It’s not something you fully grasp unless you’ve lived it.

After my first pregnancy, I realized how overwhelming it felt to return to training safely. Most programs focused on aesthetics, intensity, or speed. Very few respected the recovery process.

Through my own journey — across three pregnancies — I learned that rebuilding strength isn’t about rushing. It’s about sequencing. Foundations first. Control before intensity. Structure before volume.

That’s why my coaching isn’t built around trends. It’s built around progression, safety, and sustainability.
